Bluedog Photography Terms & Conditions of Workshops

What's Included In Your Fees:
For all one day/half day and short courses all costs/fees are included in your workshop fees. This includes, where applicable, tutor fees, entry fees, wildlife handling fees and your complete set of workshop notes.

At all workshops based at the Bluedog Studio there is tea and coffee provided, a microwave and fridge for your lunch etc.

Travel:
Some of the workshops do require travel. We have made this where possible kept to a minimum including distance so you have more time playing with your camera in hand and with your tutors for tuition. Where possible we car pool.

Registration & Booking:
All workshops, retreats and tours require registration. We simply email you the form which you can return to us by return email.

Payments:
We advise you to pay for your workshop in full on booking as this confirms your place as places are limited (all the workshops are kept very small) and many fill very quickly. If a workshop is full your payment will be returned or you may use it towards another workshop of your choice. A tax invoice is forwarded on registration with payment details.

Refunds:

Bluedog reserves the right to cancel and reschedule any workshop, retreat or tour due to inadequate enrollment, bad weather, instructor illness, or an 'act of God'. If any workshop, retreat or tour has to be cancelled due to lack of numbers all fees are refunded in full or again you may choose another date/workshop of your choice.

If you need to cancel your attendance, it is preferable you notify us 14 days before the workshop date. Cancellations of less than 14 days will forfeit their payment. We do attempt to fill your place if you cannot attend and do contact us within a time frame that can allow us to do this. If we can fill your place you then may reschedule to a later date.

No refunds are possible for no-shows or early departures.

Promotional Photos

Bluedog Photography reserves the right to take photographic records of any of its workshops which may be used for promotional purposes, submissions, advertising and records.

Liability, Insurance and Medical
While we make every effort to choose safe locations, we are sometimes venturing into wilderness areas and Bluedog Pty Ltd will accept no responsibility for personal injury or damage to property to any delegate during their time in one of our workshops. We recommend each delegate provides their own medical and equipment insurance and it is essential to alert us to any medical condition you feel it necessary we know about. All information is kept in strict confidence – we want you to enjoy your day too!
